Beginner Moulage Class - West Pierce

Here is what you need to know.Address:3000 NE 4th St, Renton, WA 98056Check in at the Roberts Campus Center, lower level. You should be able to park in the lots East of the Campus Center or Building H.Arrival time: 11:00amPlease be sure to wear clothes that can be messed up and/or torn. Please bring a change of clothes as you will not be allowed to leave the event with any makeup or applications on. Please let the Moulage Artist know if you have an allergy to Latex or any other application products.The exercise is expected to be over at 4:00pm. You may be asked if you would like to participate in the Hotwash and this will also be the time to clean up all of the makeup. Expect to be completely done by 5:00pm, at the latest.You will need to fill out two forms to turn into the staff at the registration desk at the Expo:-     TheCERT Participation Agreementincludes a Parental Consent signature request, which is required for anyone under the age of 18. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to participate without special permission from the State Citizen Corps Coordinator and a parent or guardian must be present for the entire time of the event. <P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN>This is a beginner Moulage class. Students will learn what they need to know to have a successful drill as well as hands on learning about bruising and burning, basic latex application, prosthetics and applications, blood products and more. This is open to those specifically involved in the Emergency Management field as either employees or volunteers, for example, CERT, MRC, EMS, Fire and Police, unless you have contacted Moulage Mayhem directly. Currently, this event is only open to West Pierce CERT Volunteers and will be verified with Hosting Agency.</SPAN></P>
