Beginner mahjong class

New to mahjong? Come learn the basics — tiles, set-up, and how to build a winning hand — during this fun beginner's class. By the end of our session, you WILL get to experience some play — with an instructor's help.

Food and beverages available for purchase.

Come as you are — tiles, racks and mats will be provided.

👉 A mahjong card is required for play. Since there are many fakes out there, please do not buy one on your own. Either bring yours if you've played before, or buy from us ($15) upon arrival. It will be good until March 2027.

All students will leave with crucial print-outs to reference as you begin to play!
