The path to proficiency in latte art is a lot more rigorous and confusing than it appears on the surface. This workshop stands as a starting point for your development into proficiency in latte art. We'll begin with the basics and science of milk steaming, followed by a breakdown of proper form while steaming, and then give some guidelines on how to start pouring some basic art shapes!

Will this class include a coffee cupping?

No, a traditional coffee cupping will not take place during this class, BUT a plethora of practice lattes will be made, so you're welcome to snag one for yourself!

What should I expect to learn in this class?

All of our classes revolve around developing and fostering a growing appreciation for the level of care that's taken at origin in the coffee world. What developing latte art skills does is help you better present a coffee drink that showcases delicious espresso!
