Slip Stitch Needlecraft

Beginner  Knitting - 2 Part Series 
Part 1 - Saturday 2/13/16 or Tuesday 2/16/16. In part 1 participants will learn how to cast on, make the knit and purl stitches and how to bind off.   Course work will include a basic introduction to yarns and reading yarn labels.  Materials:  Available for purchase at the shop. Part 2 - Saturday 2/20/16 or Tuesday 2/22/16 In part 2, participants will how to combined knit and purl stitches to create patterns and start working on a scarf.  Materials:  Available for purchase at the shop.
