Welcome to the Beginner Introduction to Pressure Canning event!

Located at 389 Isiah Hall Rd, our event will cover the basics of pressure canning, including equipment needed, safety tips, and delicious recipes to try at home.

Come learn from our experienced instructors and meet other beginners who share your interest in preserving food. Don't miss out on this opportunity to expand your culinary skills!

You will receive handouts to take home as well as two important tools to canning - a canning funnel and jar lifting tongs. This workshop will be followed up by a workshop (at a later date) of How to Pressure Can Meat.
