What do I wear/bring to a spin class?

Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes like a tank top or t-shirt and form-fitting shorts or leggings to prevent them from getting caught in the bike. Athletic shoes are fine, but make sure shoelaces are tucked in.

Street parking only. There is a paid parking lot nearby on R street.
