Beginner Crochet Workshop: Dive into the World of Yarn

DESCRIPTION:
Embark on a creative journey into the colorful world of crochet with our Beginner Crochet Workshop!
Learn essential techniques, how to hold the crochet hook, make basic stitches and more. Whether you're a complete novice or looking to refresh your skills, this hands-on session is designed to introduce you to the art of crocheting with confidence and flair.
No prior experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn! By the end of the workshop, you'll have the skills and knowledge to start creating your own beautiful, crocheted pieces. Join us and unleash your creativity with yarn and a hook—it's time to bring your crochet dreams to life!
SCHEDULE:
This class will meet once per week for 3 hours over 2 weeks.
WHERE TO GO AND WHAT TO BRING:
Your class will meet each week at the Concho Clay Studio. We are part of the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, located at 1 Love Street, San Angelo, TX. 76903. Look for our signs outside the studio, our entrance is located to the left of the main museum, up the ramp in the breezeway.
Tools are provided for all classes.
PLEASE NOTE:
This class is for adults 18 years or older. Students of 16 years or above may take the course if accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also registered for the class. If you are interested in children's programming, please visit https://www.samfa.org/education-at-samfa.
Only one ticket may be purchased at a time. Please use the name and contact information for the student taking the course if you are purchasing a ticket for another person.
Minimum Registration of 3 Required for Class to Make
If you cannot attend the class and will need a refund, please notify us as soon as possible to give us time to consider other students often on waitlists to get into classes.
REFUND POLICY:
Class Cancelation – 1 Week Prior to First Class Meeting: 100%
48 hours prior to First Class Meeting: 75%
After the 1st class: No Refunds
We determine refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our policy does not take attendance into consideration. All Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. Please email ceramics@samfa.org to request a refund.
