Do I need prior breathwork experience?

Not at all! Amy will demonstrate all breathwork techniques at the beginning of the session. She will then guide you through each breathwork technique during the session

Should I bring my own mat or cushion?

We have plenty of mats and bolsters. If you would like to bring your own meditation cushion or pillow to sit on, you are more than welcome!
