Beginner’s Boxing Session – Learn the Fundamentals

Curious about boxing but don’t know where to start? This session is built for you.

Our Beginner’s Boxing Class is designed specifically for first-timers who want to learn the true fundamentals of boxing in a structured, supportive environment. No experience is needed — just a willingness to learn and move.

In this session, you’ll be introduced to:

  • Proper boxing stance and footwork
  • Basic punches (jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts)
  • Defensive movement and guard positioning
  • Bag work fundamentals
  • Beginner-friendly conditioning

Our coaches break everything down step by step so you understand not just what to do — but why you’re doing it. You’ll build coordination, confidence, and conditioning while learning authentic boxing technique the right way from day one.

This is not a cardio class.
This is real boxing fundamentals, taught in a way that’s approachable and safe for beginners.

Whether you’re looking to try something new, build fitness, or eventually progress into regular training, this class gives you the foundation to start strong.

No prior experience required.
