Beginner Blacksmithing - Rose

Use heat and hammer to form sheet metal into beautiful steel roses. Topics covered will include texturing steel, working with handheld torches, and creating organic forms. No prior experience is required.

What should I wear or bring to the class?

Please wear work boots or shoes made from leather or canvas (no nylon, it melts!). Wear natural fiber clothing (cotton is best). Safety glasses are required and will be provided, but if you have a pair you're comfortable in, consider bringing your own.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

This workshop is only for those 13+.  (Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
