Yes. This class is 100% beginner level. No prior dance experience is required.

Do I need to show my belly?

No. You can wear comfortable workout clothes. Showing your belly is not required.

Please bring water. No special equipment is needed.

How much does the class cost?

After the first class is $50 per month $15 drop-in (single class) $80 per month for two people
