Join us to learn the basics of beekeeping!

If you're interested in getting started as a beekeeper, join us to learn the basics in this half-day workshop.We'll cover:<ul><li>Honey bee biology, health, and behavior</li><li>Beekeeping equipment and hive installation</li><li>Hive care and maintenance</li><li>Honey harvesting</li><li>Beekeeping resources, rules, and regulations</li></ul>This workshop will be held at the Indian River County Government Center:1801 27th Street, Bldg. BVero Beach, FL 32960First Floor Conference Room B-501Registration is $25 per participant. This class is open to all ages. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note there are no live hive demonstrations included in this class.
