No, you do not need a 3D printer to take the classes, but it is strongly recommended that you purchase a printer after the first session for at home practice.

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

We recommend bringing a laptop to follow along with the software and take notes, though you can also participate with a notebook and pen.

Can students under 18 attend?

Students under 18 are welcome to attend, and a parent or guardian may accompany them at no additional cost.

Yes — your ticket includes both classes on September 24 & October 1.

Will we print in class?

No — this workshop focuses on design and file preparation. Participants take their files home to print on their own 3D printers or at a makerspace.
