Beginner friendly, gentle yoga for all. Newbies welcome. Your ticket includes your first beer, served before, during or after class, yogi's choice. Wine and cider options available. We will be starting promptly at 9 am to finish before the football games starts at 10 (and you can totally hang out with us after class!).
