About this event

This class will cover honey extraction from honey bee hives and keeping a healthy hive.

Live bees will be used. Participants should wear protective clothing (closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, or a beekeeping suit).

The registration fee of $20.00 (plus $3.18 Eventbrite fee) includes materials and refreshments. Participants must register through Eventbrite by May 14th. A fee of $10.00 (plus $3.85 Eventbrite fee) will be applied for registrations after May 14th, or if paying at the door. This class is limited to 30 participants. There will be no refunds for the registration fee.
