**Precios no incluyen transportación. Hora en el punto de encuentro 1:30 PM. Llegarás a un punto de encuentro en el pueblo de San Lorenzo, desde ahí podrán seguirnos en su auto hasta llegar a la finca. El punto de encuentro se envía una vez se complete el proceso de tu reservación.

Debe tomar en consideración lo siguiente:

1. Al momento de interactuar con las abejas usted debe llevar puesto un traje especial para esta actividad (provisto por la finca). No se permitirá la interacción con las abejas a personas que no cumplan con este punto.
2. Debe usar medias largas y zapatos cerrados. No se permitirá la interacción con las abejas a personas que no cumplan con este punto.
3. No utilice cremas o perfumes de olor fuerte.
4. Es necesario completar un relevo de responsabilidad antes de comenzar el recorrido.
5. En el registro de reservación debe informar de alergias o condiciones de salud existentes de usted y todas las personas que estén en su grupo.
6. Turismo Borincano fijará un punto de encuentro con las personas participantes. Debe estar en el punto de encuentro a la hora indicada para completar el relevo de responsabilidad. Por motivos de seguridad, el punto de encuentro solo se informa después de reservar su espacio.
7. En Turismo Borincano se habla de la historia, la cultura, la gastronomía, y la biodiversidad del destino visitado. Nuestros recorridos son para enriquecer su vida de conocimiento y de experiencias.
8. Si selecciona ATH Móvil como método de pago, al oprimir “submit” en su formulario, recibirá un correo electrónico con una factura preliminar e instrucciones. Su reservación sólo será aceptada en el momento en que recibamos su transacción de pago. Envíe el monto total que aparece en el documento que recibirá seleccionando la opción Pagar a un Negocio o “Pay a Business”.
9. Cada participante debe traer merienda, agua y dinero para sus compras de alimentos, si el tour no lo incluye.
10. Es recomendable el uso de ropa deportiva y fresca. Flexible. No recomendamos utilizar zapatos con tacón o elevados. Las superficies que estaremos caminando podrían tener desniveles.
11. Uso de repelente de mosquitos, natural u orgánico si es posible.
12. Uso de bloqueador solar, sombrero.
13. Uso de zapatos cerrados que se puedan ensuciar o mojar. Que tengan buen agarre al suelo.
14. Ropa y zapatos para cambiarse. Por si llueve o simplemente desea cambiarse al final del recorrido.
15. Llevar consigo un chubasquero (‘poncho’, ‘impermeable’) para la lluvia.
16. Cámara para la captura de sus memorias en el lugar.
17. Tener muchas ganas de respirar aire fresco, conocer la Isla del Encanto y apoyar a los agricultores puertorriqueños.

¿Cómo Turismo Borincano define el Nivel de Dificultad?

Nivel 1: Fácil | Personas de todas las edades pueden participar.

Nivel 2: Moderado | Requiere un poco de condición física para caminar por tramos poco accesibles. Menores de edad deben estar en todo momento bajo supervisión de su adulto encargado.

Nivel 3: Difícil | Requiere buena condición física. Es probable que los terrenos estén desnivelados, rocosos o resbaladizos. No se recomienda la participación de menores de edad (-21).

Nivel 4: Extremo | Requiere que los participantes tengan excelente condición física. Los terrenos están desnivelados, rocosos o resbaladizos. No se permite la participación de menores de edad (-21).

La compra de este servicio o producto es final. No se procesan devoluciones para este servicio o producto.

Una vez comprados, los boletos de los recorridos no se pueden reembolsar ni reprogramar. Nuestros recorridos a menudo se agotan y su espacio está garantizado en el recorrido. No ofrecemos créditos parciales o reprogramación por asistencia parcial, ausencia o llegadas tardías.

Nuestra ubicación, como país, es una zona propensa a eventos atmosféricos como lluvias, tormentas y huracanes. Evaluamos el pronóstico del tiempo para garantizar la seguridad de nuestros participantes. Los recorridos no se cancelarán debido a las advertencias de lluvia.

**Prices do not include transportation. Time at the meeting point 1:30 PM. You will arrive to a meeting point in San Lorenzo, from there you can follow us to the farm in your car. We will send you the meeting point once your reservation process is completed.

Considerate the following:

1. You must wear a special suit for this activity (provided by the farm) when interacting with the bees. Interaction with the bees will not be allowed to people who do not comply with this point.
2. You must wear long socks and closed shoes. Interaction with the bees will not be allowed to people who do not comply with this point.
3. Do not use perfumes, body lotion, or any other hard fragrances.
4. It is necessary to complete a release of responsibility (waiver) before starting the tour.
5. In the reservation you must report if you have allergies or existing health conditions and identify all the people who are in your group.
6. Turismo Borincano will set a meeting point to the participants. You must be at the meeting point at the indicated time to complete the registration and to fill the release of responsibility. For security reasons, the meeting point is only share with you after completing the reservation.
7. Turismo Borincano talks about the history, the culture, the gastronomy, and the biodiversity of the visited destination. Our tours are to enrich your life with knowledge and experiences.
8. If you select ATH Móvil as a payment method, at the time you click the submit button on the form, you will receive an email with a quote and instructions. Your reservation will only be accepted at the time we receive your payment transaction. Send the total amount of your reservation that appears on the document you will receive selecting the Pay a Business option.
9. Each participant must bring snacks, water, and money for their food purchases, if the tour does not include it.
10. The use of sports and fresh clothing is recommended. Flexible. We do not recommend wearing high-heeled or elevated shoes. The surfaces we will be walking on could be uneven.
11. Use of mosquito repellent, natural or organic if possible.
12. Use of sunscreen, hat.
13. Use of closed shoes that can get dirty or wet. A pair with a good grip on the ground.
14. Bring an extra clothes and shoes to change. In case it rains, or you just want to change at the end of the tour.
15. Bring a raincoat ('poncho', 'impermeable') for the rain.
16. Bring a camera to capture your memories during your experience.
17. Be enthusiastic about breathing fresh air, get to know La Isla del Encanto and to support Puerto Rican farmers.

How does Turismo Borincano define Level of Difficulty?

Level 1: Easy | People of all ages can participate.

Level 2: Moderate | Requires moderate physical condition to walk through some inaccessible sections. Minors must always be under adult supervision.

Level 3: Difficult | Requires a good physical condition. The ground will probably be uneven, rocky, or slippery. Not recommended for underage participants (-21).

Level 4: Extreme | Requires participants to be in high physical condition. The ground will be uneven, rocky, or slippery. No minors are allowed to participate (-21).

Return Policy (extract)

The purchase of this service or product is final. No returns will be issued for this service or product.

Once purchased, tour tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Our tours often sell out, and your space is guaranteed on the tour. We do not offer partial credit or rescheduling for partial attendance, no-shows, or late arrivals.

Our geographical location as a country is an area prone to atmospheric events such as rain, storms, and hurricanes. We evaluate the weather forecast to ensure the safety of our participants. Tours will not be canceled due to rain warnings.

We recommend bringing a raincoat or umbrella for outdoor events. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to extreme weather events. In such event, you will be offered the option of a refund or credit towards the purchase of another tour.
