Beekeeping Class 102 8am - 1PM 🐝🐝🐝
📣📣This is the most requested beekeeping class by new or learning beekeepers! 🐝🐝🐝 You may have read some books, watched some videos, attended our Beginning Beekeeping Class and you now have bees but….what's next??🤔🤔
We will spend a good portion of time in the bee yard going through multiple hives and teaching all about what you are seeing. Do you want to make sure you're doing your inspections right?? We can help teach you! How to do inspections, what to look for and what to do based on what you found.🐝📚✏️
We will talk about beetles, mites, and swarm cells. When and how to create more room. We will look at honey supers in the yard. How and when to make a splits. We will teach you how to do an alcohol wash and more!💚🐝
This is a great 2nd class to take or for anyone who recently became a beekeeper 🐝🐝. We will start in the bee yard where you will be very hands-on in learning. We will finish in the classroom with Dennis The Bee Guy recapping what we saw and finish with Q&A time. 📚✏️
Class time is 8AM - 1PM Lunch will be catered and refreshments are provided throughout the class. 🍯😋
Please Note: We will be in the bee yard, please dress accordingly. Pants and closed toe shoes are required. If you have a bee suit, please bring it. We will have extra bee suits for those who do not have one. All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.
