There will be absolutely no pressure to. Conversation will be gentle and optional. If you'd rather sit and listen than partake, that is absolutely fine. You will be welcome however you are.

That’s completely understandable. This space has been created with nervous system safety in mind. There is no pressure to participate in anything beyond what feels right for you.
