Reclaiming Your Right to Pleasure
What if nothing was “wrong” with you—only what you were taught?
So many of us carry shame about our bodies, our desires, and the things that turn us on. Maybe it shows up as guilt after pleasure, difficulty asking for what you want, or feeling disconnected from your erotic self altogether.
This 90 min workshop is a gentle, judgment-free space to begin letting that go.
Becoming Shameless is about softening the weight of shame and reconnecting with your natural right to feel, want, and enjoy. You won’t be asked to share anything you’re not ready to. Instead, you’ll be guided through reflection, simple exercises, and new ways of thinking that help you build a more compassionate and empowered relationship with your sexuality.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Where sexual shame comes from (and why it’s not your fault)
- How shame lives in the body—and how to begin releasing it
- Rewriting old stories about pleasure, desire, and “worthiness”
- Building self-trust and learning to listen to your authentic wants
You’ll leave with practical tools, fresh perspective, and a deeper sense that your pleasure is not something to earn—it’s something you already deserve.
This class is open to all genders, relationship styles, and experience levels. Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to deepen your connection to yourself, you are welcome here.

Frequently Asked Questions
“Do I need to have experience with sexuality workshops to attend?”
Not at all! This class is designed to be beginner-friendly and welcoming to people at all stages of their journey. Many attendees are exploring these topics for the first time.
“Will I have to talk about my personal experiences?”
Only if you want to. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate quietly, reflect privately, or simply listen and learn.
“Is this class explicit or sexual?”
This is an educational and reflective workshop focused on healing shame and building a healthier relationship with pleasure and desire. While sexuality will be discussed openly and honestly, there is no nudity, sexual touch, or explicit group activity.
“What if I feel shy, awkward, or emotional?”
That’s completely okay. Conversations about shame and pleasure can bring up a lot of feelings, especially if these topics were taboo growing up. You’re invited to move at your own pace and care for yourself however you need.
“Is this class inclusive of LGBTQ+, kinky, non-monogamous, and questioning folks?”
Absolutely. This workshop is rooted in consent, inclusivity, and the belief that there is no one “correct” way to experience sexuality, pleasure, or relationships.
“Do I need to be partnered to attend?”
Nope! This class is just as valuable for single people as it is for people in relationships.
“What should I bring?”
Something for taking notes or journalling, water, and an open mind.
“What if I was raised in a very religious or shame-based environment?”
You are especially welcome here. Many people carry shame from cultural, family, or religious messages around sexuality. This class offers gentle tools for unpacking those stories without judgment.
“What can I expect to leave with?”
Most people leave feeling more compassionate toward themselves, less alone in their experiences, and more connected to their right to pleasure, curiosity, and authentic self-expression.
