“Becoming Her” A Focus Day for Women Becoming Who They’re Called to Be

Every day, whether we recognize it or not, we are becoming someone.Through our choices, our environments, our habits, our stories, and our beliefs, we are being formed, intentionally or accidentally.

Becoming Her is a one-day immersive event, held on Tuesday, March 10th at Bash in Carmel, IN, designed to help women pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity and intention. It is a spacious, energizing experience where women step out of autopilot and intentionally consider the woman they are becoming.

This day is for women in every season and story — widows, singles, divorcees, stay-at-home moms, professionals, leaders, rebuilders — women seeking community, confidence, and a tangible way forward.

At the heart of Becoming Her is a simple but powerful framework:

• The story we’ve lived — the chapters already written, whether chosen or unexpected
• The story we tell ourselves — the internal narratives shaped by experience, fear, comparison, or doubt

Throughout the day, women are invited to slow down long enough to separate the two — to name what is true, release what no longer serves them, and take one meaningful step toward who they are becoming.

By the end of the day, women will:

• Feel seen, grounded, and connected
• Gain clarity around the stories shaping their identity
• Identify what they are ready to release — and what they are ready to step into
• Leave with one tangible, personal next step toward the woman they are becoming
• Walk away with new relationships and a sense of belonging
