This class will provide you the certificate that is required for you to close on one of 8 Down Payment Assistance programs offered through the Washington State Housing Finance Commisison AND one through the City of Lakewood.
Class is 5 hours in length must be attended to get the certificate of eleigibility for Down payment assistance.
You will leave class feeling empowered and ready to go!
