To enable BECC Managers to deliver the responsibilities of their role in line with the standardised arrangements

This course is designed to introduce to BECC Manager:

· The expectations of the role; and

· The Concepts of:

The efficient operating of the BECC in support of Council Silver

Line management of BECC staff, including welfare Briefing Council Silver, and ensuring the Operating Rhythm is reflected in BECC operations

Looking ahead to ensure the next BECC shift is arranged.

· Handover and debriefing of BECC staff.
