This class will take you from the start to finish with all the tools you need to do a great CMA, and know your market for your clients, plus so much more. A great Comparative Market Analysis is truly a tool to let you and your clients know where the property will appraise. This is very helpful in a market with Appraisal Provisions so your Buyer or Seller may ultimately know the final purchase price they may be considering. Part of getting a good appraisal is a great Appraisal Packet. This class will teach you how to put together an appraisal packet that will help substantiate your pricing. Lastly, if you should get a poor appraisal and that you believe is inaccurate, this class will teach you the best approach to an Appraisal Dispute.
