Experience an evening of inner and outer beauty with the magic of Breathwork in the setting of Beauty Energy Exchange Aesthetics & Wellness, whose intention is to give people tools to love themselves.

Breathwork has vast benefits for all four bodies - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

This practice is a gentle 3-part breath that can relieve stress, clear blocked energy, and open your heart, among many additional benefits.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get your space set up, as we will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Please bring a yoga mat, a bolster/pillow for under your knees if needed, a blanket, an eye cover, a bottle of water.
