9:20am: Meet n Greet! We'll kick off with a mini meet n greet and then dive in!
9:30am,10:45am, 12pm: Breath Rest with Nina Elise (only 15-20 people per session and a waiver will need to be signed during sign up at check in. Yoga Mat, Water Bottle and Journal needed)
9:35am Dynamic embodiement with Soulsway Practice (we'll be outdoors in the open air barn over looking the property)
10:15am: Sound Bath
10:20am: Art Therapy Session ( think painting /self portrait drawings)
10:50am: Self Worth and Self Care Empowerment Chat with Ashley Abarr
11:35am: Burn Party
H ead to the outdoor firepit to let go of limiting beliefs and old baggage.

All 4 One Farms is owned by Glenn and Diane Lassiter and is one of the most beautiful and welcoming venues in North Florida. In 2017, they made the decision to open this beautiful farm to couples who were looking for the ideal setting for their outdoor wedding. From the huge Live Oak trees, to green pastures, and our large open air barn, their teams mission is to help you make your dream wedding come true. They have since started opening the Farm and Venue spaces to other groups to enjoy the space and make their event special.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be offered. Attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with the event activities. Attendees further release The Beauty Boost, its organizers, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or in connection with their participation. Attendees agree to conduct themselves responsibly, follow all event rules and guidelines, and ensure their own safety and well-being during the event.
