What to Expect:

10:00am: Grab a snack + snag a coffee

10:30am: Meet n Greet! We'll kick off with a mini meet n greet and then dive in!

10:45am: Morning Vinyasa (we'll be outdoors overlooking the water)

11:15am: Sound Bath

11:30am: Standup paddle boarding with B'MORE SUP

12:30pm: Empowerment speakers, journaling and lunch!

1:30pm: Continue to eat, journal and socialize!

The Beauty Boost is a community for women to feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful. We put in events throughout the year like socials, empowerment workshops, retreats, and fitness samplers. This event (and 20+ others) is FREE for Year Pass holders. Grab yours HERE!
