Come join the women of The Beauty Boost Buffalo to do just that, at Empowered Spiritual Retreats in Great Valley, NY.

Nestled in the enchanting woodsy hills near Ellicottville, NY, you'll have an experience of a lifetime to dive deeper into your personal wellness + healing.

A genda:

10am: Meet + greet and opening remarks by Deanna Merlino, The Empowered Coach to get us ready for the day.

10:15am: Jump in to some Experience Stations: Take time to relax and settle in for the day. See the lineup below...

11:00am: Yoga

11:45am: Guided Meditation with mini Sound Bath with Jessie Reino

12:00pm: Begin rotations for Mini Workshops. You can rotate around to plug into workshops on topics like meditating, journaling, self-care, personal boundaries, etc. Stay tuned for an official line up below...

1:30pm: Come back together as a group for a dip in the water and some fun. Bring your bathing suit!

1:45pm: Closing circle and "release" party.

2:00pm: Event ends!
