If baby is on the way, then you definitely want to spend some time getting ready for this life changing part of your parenting journey. This is a fantastic class to take. Classes are designed to teach you about normal birth ~ the way your body was designed to bring a baby into the world. We incorporate a heavy dose of hands on participation, including labor positions and relaxed breathing. Also an important part of learning about childbirth, we take the time to teach you about medical interventions and informed decision making. The class is designed to inform, empower, and support you in your experience in childbirth.
