Beat the Winter Blues (2-session class)

The Watertown Free Public Library extends beyond its walls to connect people to ideas, information, education, creative opportunities, and to each other. NOTE: By registering for this event, you are committing to come to two (2) Friday sessions of this class. The class will meet on January 10 and 31. 
Do you notice a decrease in your energy and enthusiasm during the winter season? Attend this workshop to learn about Seasonal Affective Disorder as well as the slump many people experience during the winter months. Coping strategies will be presented along with effective treatment options.
This free program will be taught by Susan Axe-Bronk, PhD, and is co-sponsored by the Watertown Health Department and the WFPL.
