Where does my ticket money go to?

The money collected from ticket sales goes into the event itself such as purchasing campsites, ordering T-Shirts, printing marketing materials, buying water, trash bags, Eventbrite fees, etc. BMC's goal is to provide an event for the motorcycle community without the intent of making a profit.

Question 2

Are meals included?

Accepted Answer

Meals will not be included since Kernville has restaurants we recommend you visit as a way to support the small town of Kernville. Some recommended places to eat are: Big Blue Bear, Cheryl’s Diner, McNallys Burgers, El Rio, Kern Brewing Co, Ewing’s on the Kern, and the Sierra Gateway Market.

Is the BMC CAMPOUT a 21+ event?

All event attendees must be at least 21 years of age.

Question 4

How can we retrieve items included in the ticket purchase?

Accepted Answer

Ticket holders will attend the pre-party event to collect their items or they can pick up their T-shirt and wristband when they check-in at Frandy Park Campground.

Question 5

Can I bring a passenger?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however they must purchase a ticket as well. Each attendee must have their own BMC Campout ticket/wristband.

Question 6

Can I come in a Car without a motorcycle or bring a car to trailer my motorcycl

Accepted Answer

Motorcycle parking is included with your ticket but car parking is not. You may purchase an add-on for car parking if you choose to drive up in a car or are using a car to trailer your motorcycle(s). Add-on for car parking is available when purchasing your ticket.

Question 7

What’s included in a ticket to the BMC CAMPOUT?

Accepted Answer

A ticket to the BMC Campout allows you to participate in all campout activities which includes an official BMC Campout T-Shirt and a BMC event wristband (which must be worn to enter the campground). Motel tickets do not include a motel room - you're responsible for booking a motel room.
