Founded in 1919, the Rotary Club of Ventura has a long history of service both to the local community and the world in the form of humanitarian projects. In addition to the 4th of July event, we are involved in many Ventura community projects including Coats for Kids, Backpacks for Kids, Women's Economic Ventures, Perspectives on Peace High School Scholarships, Children's Holiday Event for underserved kids, and entrepreneur education initiatives in local High Schools -- just to name a few! “Service Above Self” is the Rotary motto!

Located at the San Buenaventura State Beach Park, this event promises a good time for everyone!For the car lover, rev your heartstrings as you stroll through an Eight-O-Five Car Show with upwards of 200 participating classics, rods, sportsters, tricked trucks, exotics and more! <h2>Frequently Asked Questions</h2>What is Allowed/Not Allowed in the festival?You can bring:• Beach/Park Essentials – beach chair, blanket, towels, sunscreen, etc. The event takes place on grassy fields adjacent to the beach.• Sealed water bottles (no glass)• Umbrellas - small• Beach chairsYou cannot bring:• No alcohol of any type. (A variety of adult beverages will be available for purchase.)• No weapons, knives, firearms. All bags and belongings are subject to search.• No narcotics, marijuana or drugs of any type are allowed within the festival.• No Grills or BBQs or flammables.• No glass, including glass bottles or glass water bottles.• No coolers.• No Pets.• No EZ Ups or tents• No drones or any other unmanned aircraft.• No kites.• No fireworks or other explosives.• No megaphones, PA systems, or air horns.• No amplified sound devices (wireless speakers, etc.)• No flyers/stickers or marketing without approval• No sales of any kind without the purchase of a vendor space.How Do Online Tickets Work?You will receive a ticket confirmation via email immediately upon purchasing your ticket. (If you do not receive a confirmation, it may mean you have input your email incorrectly into Eventbrite’s system. Also, please check your spam folder.) Show the ticket bar code at the event entrance (either on phone or printed) for scanning. You will then be given a WRISTBAND. Wristbands must be worn at all times throughout the event. Once applied wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE! You can enter/exit the event by showing your wristband. (For example, you can exit to step over to the beach for a walk or swim and then re-enter.)Can I Purchase Tickets Day of the Event?Yes! Tickets will be available for purchase at the event, but we recommend purchasing before the day of the event as tickets may sell out.
