Teacher will demonstrate and give clear directions with modifications for all levels and newbies to enjoy. Class duration, 75+ minutes. After class, give extra time to enjoy a dip in the healing ocean.
This is a beautiful wide-open area of the beach with very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all.
Come as you are and receive all you deserve!

🎒 BRING :
Large beach towel ( or 2 ), sheet or blanket for wide coverage from sand to practice on. Yoga mat is NOT needed unless you have one to place under a sheet to give more stability.
It can get chilly in winter months and when sunsets, bring layers to cover up.
Sunglasses, sunscreen, bottle of water, and something to protect your items if we get a refreshing sprinkle of rain, or ocean mist. Wear swimsuits or fitness attire.
Beach Umbrellas: If you plan to bring a beach umbrella for shade, or staying for a beach day, please make sure to take extra time securing your umbrella from wind gusts and place it in an area that does not block other class participants' views.
We are on the beach, so stay after class and enjoy a refreshing jump into the healing ocean !
There are lots of shops across the street on NE 9th street for food, drink, bathroom, cash machine and more. All major hotels begin south of Vistamar street.

-> Fastest: 1) Across the street from class, there is plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets.2) Paid valet parking available at hotels.
-> Free: 1) All-day free parking just a couple blocks west of the beach ( *near our main beach location) there are a few streets a couple blocks west of the beach - drive west on Vistamar St and pass the metered streets till you see the open streets with no meters on Vistamar st, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr. They have empty lots with free parking around them. Parking in this area is a 5/7 minute walk to our main beach location.2) Galleria Mall area on main land. On the west side of Sunrise Blvd bridge, there are areas around the mall that have free parking for beachside classes. You will need to explore this. Walking from this area to our main beach locations is 15+ minutes.

⚠️ GENERAL CANCELATION POLICY :
Booking may be canceled 24 hours before your booking date. Bookings can be canceled for a full refund, excluding eventbrite fees, back to your credit card. You can self-cancel your booking online in your account for a refund back to your credit card.
Bookings are non-refundable and no credits after the cancellation window has closed. This includes same-day and no-show bookings.
