In today's connected world, a single phishing email can trigger a chain of events that disrupts businesses, compromises sensitive data, impacts critical infrastructure, and challenges leaders to make critical decisions under immense pressure.

Unlike a traditional presentation, attendees will experience a realistic cyber incident in real time. The scenario will evolve through multiple stages, including phishing, third-party vendor compromise, malware detection, ransomware, data theft, impacts to physical security systems, public communications, and executive decision-making during a rapidly escalating crisis.

As the incident unfolds, an expert panel will explain each phase in clear, practical terms, providing insights from government, critical infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and private industry. The discussion will focus not only on the technical aspects of the attack but also on the operational, leadership, and communication challenges organizations face during a cyber crisis.
