Beach Beast is a PARTY and a beach playground with turns, runs, obstacles and teamwork.  Bring your A-game and a love for the BEACH LIFE to this altruistic challenge.  It's exciting, It's different, and It's for all ages.  The course for each event uses the terrain that is available to us.  Beach Beast Miami will feature a 3-miles plus course.  The event will NOT require any swimming. You can expect to run through at least ankle-deep water at some point during the course.  This is a tremendous team challenge, so get your team together!

Beach Beast Miami:  What is new?
We are proud to bring Beach Beast to the Miami area.  For the first time, we will be able to spread the obstacles and fun through the entire course!
 
What do Beach Beast Miami registrants get?
All Beast Cup Competitive registrants will get entry into the event, a Beach Beast swag bag with goodies, a finishers medal.  All registrants also get access to the Beast Party, which features food\drink for purchase, music during the entire event, and exciting fun and events that will be announced soon.
 
What awards will be given out for the Beast Cup Competitive wave?
An award will be given to the fastest Man and Woman that participate in the 8:30AM wave.  Also the fastest team of 4 will be given an award.  Your team must have at least 4 members to be considered.  For those teams with more than 4 members, the fastest 4 finishers from your team will be used to calculate your team score.
 
How will you determine the fastest team of 4 for the Beast Cup?
The fastest 4 finishers of each qualifying team will be used to find an average finish for the team.  The team with the fastest average finish for those 4 team members will receive the Team Beast Cup.
 
 
Will all registrants be chip-timed? 
The 8:30 competitive wave will be chip-timed to be in the running for the Beast Cup awards.  The remaining waves will be non-timeD fun runs.  But don't worry, you will still get the registrant swag and finishers medal.
 
 
Will you be partnering with a hotel for the Miami event?
We are super happy to be partnering with the Aloft Miami Brickell for our event.  To get the group rate, please contact the hotel and mention the group name:  Beach Beast.
 
 
Where and when is Packet Pickup?
Packet Pickup will be on June 13th from 4-8:30pm during the Fun and Fitness Health Expo, located at the Aloft Miami Brickell. 
 
Where will parking be?
Virginia Key Beach Park has plenty of parking for registrants and spectators.  The park charges a fee of $10 cash for parking.
 
 
Are there any additional fees?
Virginia Key Beach Park is located on Virginia Key.  There is a toll for use of the Rickenbacker Causeway, which provides access to Virginia Key and Key Biscayne.  Beast wants you to Go Green and carpool!  
Will you have a Kids run?
There will not be a paid run for kids at the Miami event, however kids are welcome for a fun day on the beach with their families.
 
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Registration is transferrable up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
 
Can I update my registration information?
You can go into your events section on eventbrite and update your registration info.
 
Do I have to bring my confirmation email to the event?
No, you do not have to bring your registration confirmation to the event, but ID is required to check in.
 
What is the refund policy?
We have a strict no refund policy. In the event that Beach Beast is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, it will be re-scheduled and your registration will be honored for the new date.
 
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Registrants must present ID that matches registration.
