Be Well in the Big House celebrates the health and well-being of our community through a variety of activities on the field and concourse of Michigan Stadium.
You’re on the field of Michigan Stadium – what better place to perform exercises inspired by popular training drills! Catch a pass in the end zone, kick a field goal—you could be a contender! Have fun burning calories and conditioning your body. NOTE: This is a no-contact class.
No equipment needed for this class. All levels of fitness and skill are welcome; no experience required.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts and enter through Gate 1.
Participants should wear tennis shoes / sneakers. Bring your class wristband (or pick it up at check-in on the concourse that day), a water bottle, and your U-M Employee ID.
