Nestled in the serene and spectacular beauty of nature, the newly renovated Lodge & Spa Conference Center is the perfect backdrop for this immersive experience that will offer a harmonious blend of workshops and wellness activities.

Who should attend the Parent Leadership Wellness Retreat?

This retreat is open to parent leaders .

What should I expect from the retreat?

This retreat will allow the opportunity for parent leaders to improve on their leadership abilities and network in a serene and supportive environment. Attendees can expect insightful workshops, fun and exciting activities that focus on well-being.

Where will the retreat take place?

The retreat will take place at the newly renovated Lodge & Spa Conference Center. It features inspiring meeting space with complimentary wifi, new guest accommodations with stunning wood and lake views, beautifully landscaped terraces, world-class spa, fitness center and a resort swimming pool.

How much does the retreat cost, and what is included in the registration fee?

This all-inclusive leadership training and wellness experience is $1,500, and will cover 3 days/2 nights of workshops and wellness activities, all meals, newly renovated guest accommodations, and full admission to the Gardens.

Can my organization pay with a purchase order?

Yes, we accept purchase orders. Select the Pay By Invoice option at checkout. Checks are also accepted and should be made payable to Scottdale Early Learning, Inc. Mail all checks to Scottdale Early Learning, 479 Warren Avenue, Scottdale, GA 30079.

Is transportation to and from the retreat location included?

Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat, and while at the resort.

Are meals provided, and can dietary preferences or restrictions be accommodated?

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided during the retreat. We aim to accommodate various dietary needs to ensure all participants are comfortable during their stay.

What is the deadline for the retreat?

The registration deadline has been extended and will now close at 11:59 pm ET on Monday, July 1, 2024.

What should I bring with me to the retreat?

Business casual attire is recommended for the leadership sessions and comfortable attire or workout clothes for the wellness and relaxation activities. You may also bring snacks if you have specific dietary needs or preferences.

Can I share a room with a friend or partner, and is there a discount for double occupancy?

Hotel accommodations have been reserved for retreat attendees only , single occupancy.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

While we will not be able to offer cancellations or refunds, we are able to transfer a registration to another individual in your organization. Please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

What should I do if I have specific wellness needs or require special accommodations?

Can I bring my pet to the retreat?

Pets are not allowed inside any Callaway Gardens building.

How do I contact the organizers if I have more questions or need additional information?

Is childcare or kids' programming available during the retreat?

The retreat is intended to support the well-being of attendees by providing a safe and relaxing adult environment. We strongly encourage participants to learn and enjoy the time and space without children.

How can I be a sponsor?

We offer two levels of sponsorship: $6,000 Level, which includes 4 registrations, logo recognition on the registration website, special thanks on social media, and on-stage recognition; and a $3,000 Level, which includes 2 registrations and logo recognition.

Can I make a donation?

Yes, we are happy to receive donations at the suggested amounts of $500, $1,000 and $2,000 at checkout.

Are Professional Development Hours available?
