<p>Join us for <strong>Be Still</strong>, a chill in-person event where you can unplug, unwind, and just be. It’s all about stepping away from the hustle and finding your calm space. Expect good vibes, a relaxed atmosphere, and moments that help you breathe a little easier.</p>

Agenda

Welcome everyone
• Icebreaker
• Opening prayer
• Introduce the four-week journey bible lesson for new people if they come
• Explain safety rules for the lake and paddle boards

Welcome & Introduction

Quietly walk along the lake.
• Think about worries weighing them down.
• Write one or more worries on the stone.
• Read 1 Peter 5:7
• Pray together.
• Throw the stones into the water.

River Stone Release Walk

Walk silently at the trails, I have a loop in mind if we do it at Shawnee lake again
• Notice anxious or negative thoughts.
• Stop and replace them with Scripture cards that I will pass out
• End by discussing:
o What thoughts were hardest?
o Which Scriptures helped?


Silent Focus Trail Walk

Snack & Hydration Break

Shore Reflection
• Journaling
• Games
• Prayer stations
• Quiet worship music
After about 35–40 minutes, switch groups.
While paddle boarding, guide them through:
• Center of the Board Surrender
• Gentle Paddle
• Be Still Breathwork
• Release Pebbles

• Cast your anxiety.

Invite everyone to share one takeaway.
Close in prayer.
