Cuddling has transformed my life in so many ways - I want to share what I've learned with you. I’m known for having a fun, upbeat training style honed by my 18 years as a corporate trainer. I studied facilitation with Cuddle Party and the Association of Talent Development and am a Certified Professional Cuddler. In terms of schooling, I graduated cum laude with a BA in communications from UCLA. I've been featured on TLC, Good Mythical Morning and Dr. Phil.
