The BC Overland Rally is a fun, family-friendly event attracting overland travellers who want to explore the backcountry. Located in beautiful Kelowna! Come and camp on-site for the full experience or just come out for the day. Either way, you're bound to enjoy yourself.

Activities include low-impact and leave-no-trace driving instruction by certified instructors, morning exercise, a nightly campfire with raffle prizes, adventure photography clinics, tire & field-repair clinics, navigation classes, medical emergency preparation, camp-cooking classes, bear-awareness, fire-prevention, vehicle recovery training and more...

Gate opens for attendees on Thursday at 1 pm, Friday at 8 am, and Saturday at 8 am; gate closes on Saturday at 3 pm for new admissions. Gate closes daily at 8 pm. Late arrivals park in designated area outside the main gate until 8 am when registration opens.

A Day Pass entitles One Person to attend the Rally for One Day, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, take all classes, participate in all trail rides, be given one free raffle ticket, and attend the campfire talk and raffle. No overnight camping, must leave after the raffle ends. This is for one day of the Rally; either Friday OR Saturday (no Thursday Day Passes will be sold). If you are sleeping offsite it is less expensive to purchase a weekend entry ticket than two Day Passes.

The BC Overland Rally is a kid and dog-friendly event. We love both kids and dogs, but we recognize that both need to be managed at a large event. Please keep an eye on your kids, and ensure they don't play in areas where vehicles may be moving about. Dogs must be leashed at ALL times, NEVER left in a locked vehicle (it can get hot very quickly), and PLEASE pick up any poop, regardless of who or what it comes out of...

Event is held Rain or Shine - no refunds after June 11, 2024

You must sign a Liability Waiver to participate and wear a wristband the entire weekend. We reserve the right to refuse entrance and/or service to anyone, at any time.

Sorry, no Mini Bikes, Pit Bikes or ATVs allowed.

For all online ticket purchases, the following apply:

- Service Fee = $2.50 + CA$ 0.99

-Processing Fee = 3 % per order

-GST = 5%

Online ticket sales end on July 7, 2024 at 11:59 pm, after that they will be available at the gate only.

NOTE - Tickets at the gate are at a higher price than online.
