The Historic Village at Allaire is a non-profit, living history museum, located within Allaire State Park in Farmingdale, New Jersey. We manage and operate a 40 acre historic site, which includes a museum and multiple buildings from the 1800's. Our historic interpreters and guides provide visitors with a unique look at life inside an industrial village in 1836, and we host over 50 events each year. The Historic Village at Allaire does not receive state funding, and relies on grants, donations, memberships, retail sales, and fundraisers to help support our efforts to provide educational programming to the public.

Join us for our 5th Annual BBQ and Craft Beer Fest, with TWO DAYS of hops and hogs in the village! This is a SPECIAL fundraising event for the non-profit organization, Allaire Village Inc. Through its education programming Allaire invites over 600,000 visitors and 9,000 school group children annually to experience 19th century industrial community life. Saturday, April 25th and Sunday, April 26th, 11 am to 5 pm.A fun filled day with:* A Beer/Wine Garden.* Award-winning BBQ – menu items priced individually* Food Trucks, Crafters, and other Vendors. * Historical demonstrations throughout the Village* Children’s Activities* LIVE MusicSpecific food vendors and trucks TBA. This event is held rain or shine and is DOG-FRIENDLY event, and all dogs must be properly leashed.Tickets for beer will be sold at the entrance to the beer garden (cash only for beer/wine sales), and patrons must be 21 or older to enter the beer/wine garden.Parking is FREEExperience 19th century industrial community life with our period dressed historical interpreters, while you enjoy the festival! Explore the historic buildings, craft shops, retail stores, and village grounds. Listen to live music and enjoy some good barbecue with family and friends! The Historic Village at Allaire has partnered with Spark Market Solutions to give you a great day to kick off the Spring season and get out of the house to have a good time.Take a step back in time to shop at our General Store, Bakery, Enameling Building, and Museum Shops. 18th and 19th century interactive children's games and activities. All historic homes, trade shops, and other buildings will be open for tours.
