Our mission is to provide top quality training workshops to supplement the needs of dancers from all levels. Whether you're a novice just starting to dance or a seasoned professional, this festival is for you! 6. Is Baychata Festival suitable for beginners, or is it more advanced?

Baychata Festival is suitable for all levels of dancers. For more advanced courses, those options are also available through our Add-on ticket purchases.

7. Do you allow refunds?

Sorry, we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final. However, exchanges are allowed for fee. Please visit our ticket page or Eventbrite for more details on transfer pricing.

8. How do I transfer a ticket?

Please contact the organizer and submit a ticket transfer via Eventbrite or on Tickets Page of this website before the Festival deadline (July 9th) for each ticket transfer.

9. Is parking available? What transportation options are available?

Parking for hotel guests who purchase with Baychata Festival Hotel link is at a discount rate of $15/day (includes in-and out privileges). Parking for non-hotel guests is $16 with hotel validation (NO in and out privileges). Free shuttle service SJC airport- hotel and Cal Train/Uber are accessible.
