For those who are new to our group, please allow us to introduce ourselves.

We are a social, real estate investors networking group who are specifically focused on being a Landlord in the Florida Panhandle. At our events, you will not find any sales pitches or formal presentations (unless specifically noted). What you will find, is a casual atmosphere of networking, knowledge sharing, experience, strategizing on how to navigate this rapidly changing market conditions, and building amazing local teams.

This event is open to anyone who is a landlord (or is interested in becoming one in the future) within Bay County or surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for you to meet and discuss issues involving landlords. ALL experience levels are welcome!
