This wine/dinner pairing is the first in a series! Sommelier Woodie Stephenson will guide you through the intricacies of French and California wines. Come to eat, drink and learn. Chef Craig has crafted an exquisite six course dinner of Raspberry-Smoked Soy Pork en Croute, Scallop & Lobster Ceviche, Pan Seared Foie Gras with Cherry & Cashew, Muscovy Duck Breast & Dried Plum, Moroccan Spice Braised Lamb with Root Vegetables, and Apricot Almond Frangipane Tart.
