TICKETS: To access your tickets, download the Eventbrite app and log in to your account. If you do not have an account, create one using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets. All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.TICKET TRANSFER POLICY: You may gain entry to the event even if your name is not on your ticket ONLY so long as the barcode is scannable. UHP is not responsible if ticket(s) cannot be scanned and the order is under a different name than the person presenting the ticket.Please do not post a photo of your ticket publicly to avoid the potential risk of a stolen bar code. Tickets are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

PARKING<ul><li>Street parking is free, but very limited.</li><li>Valet parking is available.</li><li>Paid parking lot next to the venue is available.</li><li>Lot is under surveillance 24/7 and towing is enforced.</li><li>If you are driving to the event we recommend you carpool.</li><li>We highly recommend that you take Uber or Lyft!</li></ul>
