Learn how to weave your very own basket while you enjoy a glass of wine!
Join us on Thursday, May 22nd for a basket weaving class taught by the experts from Appalachian Basketry. This month we are making a round woven basket made with reeds dyed in different colors!
The class is only $30 and includes all the necessary materials, one-on-one expert help and a glass of wine to enjoy during the class. Local meat and cheese trays as well as additional glasses of wine, slushies, and ciders are available during the class.
Seating is very limited and tickets need to be purchased in advance.
The class will be held outside, under our tent. This event is rain or shine. All materials, instruction and a glass of wine are included in the ticket price. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Please bring a valid ID. Any participant under the age of 21 or without a valid ID is welcome but will receive a glass of grape juice during the class. Local meat and cheese trays and additional glasses of wine, slushies, and ciders are available for purchase during the class. Arrive early for a $4 wine tasting to try 8 of our wines and choose your favorites.
