About this event

The "Basics" series classes run 45 minutes to one hour and cover how to safely operate tools and equipment. This will provide the information needed to be LMS certified on using the equipment in the shop. For more in-depth project based hands-on instruction, we offer workshops and one-on-one mentoring.

This course will "certify" you on the table saw and miter saw at LMS. You will be asked to perform a practice cut to show competence.

Individuals are welcome to sign up for multiple basics classes until they feel confident on the equipment.
