Join us to learn about the basics of home canning to preserve your harvest. Learn about boiling water bath canning and pressure canning, and which process works best for different foods. Participants will leave knowing where to find scientifically tested resources and recipes.


Registrations NOT accepted at the door, even if the class is not sold out. Walk-in's will NOT be admitted.
