Basic WATSU® 16- hour intensive training course.
• Principles: water, breath connectivity, body mechanics, safety
• Positions and Moves: moving with the breath, basic sequence
• Care of Receiver: floats, head support, unconditional giving
• Self-Care: ears, skin, skeletal-muscular, nervous system
• Credit: 16 hours WABA credit toward certification
