Commercial Horticulture offers classes in Tree Trimming, GI-BMP, GI-BMP CP, LCLM and other Pesticide Applicator Trainings.

Basic Tree Trimming Certification ClassTopics covered include:The goals of pruning, good versus poor cuts, understanding why tree abuse hurts trees, canopy elevation, thinning/reduction cuts, correcting structural defects, and other related tree care best practices,Weather permitting, the class includes outdoor pruning demonstrations. Please be prepared to go outdoors so dress appropriately, bring a hat and your own water bottle.Participants who attend the class and pass the post-class quiz earning a score of 70% or higher will receive a laminated certification card which is good for two years.This class is open to industry professionals AND the general public.More questions?
