Do I need to wear anyting special?

Daily attire is perfectly acceptable. If you want to wear comfortable shoes - that's great. Pants that allow you to move around are ideal, too. However, you can take this class in pumps and a pencil skirt, if you'd like.

How old do you need to be?

This training is recommended for ages 8+. While all of our content is light-hearted and solution oriented, it is possible that a participant may share a person story that may or may not be appropriate for children. Parents are responsible to make the decisions that are best for their family.

Do you offer private classes?
